Ludbreg Conservation Centre: a joint project of Bavarian and Croatian experts
This brochure presents the Ludbreg Conservation Centre, established in the Batthyány Castle in Ludbreg in 1992. The idea to establish a centre was born in 1991 out of necessity to urgently evacuate artworks from the war stricken regions of Croatia. The Conservation Centre was founded following an initiative from Croatian conservators and restorers, in cooperation with their Bavarian colleagues, and supported by the Town of Ludbreg.
